Whole project idea: The project is part of a larger project Hydronics 4.0 (and as such, there can be stipendia involved for signed students) focusing on the next generation decentralized building comfort control. This particular topic deals with a partly simulated, partly physically realized test platform. The building and majority of the hydronic network is simulated and one particular zone with a heat exchanger is physically realized.
Project scope:
* Calculate thermal testbed construction parameters. Choose components (some already chose, e.q. Coriolis flowmeter). Buy missing components.
* Prepare sensor/actuator communication using Arduino/ Rpi with all the peripherals (some Linux kernel modules already ready, communication protocol ready)
* Build physically the platform.
* Make it work.
